1 Ordering
1.1 When will I receive my order? 

If your ordered item is in stock and you have place your order before 14:00, we will ship the same day. Delivery time per country, costs and courier service.

1.2 I ordered a leotard and it is not delivered yet?

Leotards that are not in stock have a delivery time of approximately 2-3 weeks. To keep costs and prices as low as possible, some leotards we don't have many in stock. Thank you for your patience, your order will arrive soon.

1.3 Did you receive my order? I didn't get a confirmation email?

Please check your spambox to see if our confirmation e-mail ended up there. Haven't received our confirmation email? Please contact us via e-mail.

1.4 Can I change my order online after confirmation?

Unfortunately you can't change anything to your order online. If you would like to make some changes in address, items etc. please contact us via e-mail.

1.5 What payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following online payments: iDeal, Bancontant/Mister Cash, PayPal, Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa) and wire transfer.


2 Delivery

2.1 What do I have to pay for shipping?

Check the table above for delivery times, shipping costs and courier. 

2.2 Does my order fit through my letterbox? 

If your order only contains small items such as hotfix crystals or a leotard it will be send in a seal bag that will fit through most letterboxes. You will not have to stay home to receive your order. Did you order more than two leotards or a larger item such as a hotfix applicator or blocks? Then they will be shipped in a cardboard box. The shipping fees will be automatically adjusted by your selected items.  

2.3 Who will deliver my order?

Who will deliver my order? Please check the table above for the courier service we are currently working with. 

2.4 Will I get a tracking code?

Yes. When your order has been packed you will receive a tracking code by email. 

2.5 Can I collect my order at KV Leotards to save on shipping costs? 

Yes this is possible, but this has to be done in consultation with us. Please contact us by email to let us know you would like to pick up your order ([email protected]). 



3 Returns

3.1 I received a wrong order/item? 

Oops! We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Please contact us by e-mail so we can fix up on our mistake for you. 

3.2 I want to return my order (partially)

If you would like to return your order you can send us the order back within 14 days after receiving your order. Please attach the filled in withdrawal form. Ship the package back to our warehouse with a courier of your choice. We strongly advise obtaining a tracking code. Please note we do not offer free returns, return costs are at your own expense. 

3.3 What are the return conditions for returning my order?
  • The returned products must be in their original packaging with original price tag attached.
  • The returned product may not be worn (only fitting purposes), washed or damaged.
  • The original package and any other accessories must be included in the return.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned or changed for other sizes/colors. 

3.4 Are the return costs refunded by KV Leotards?

No, return costs are not refunded by KV Leotards. The return costs are at your own expense.

3.5 When do I have to return the items purchased on

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of purchase.

3.6 To which address can I return my package?

3.7 I ordered something with discount, but the size/fit is not correct. Can I exchange it with the same discount?

It is permitted to re-use your original discount on orders which need to be returned and re-ordered based on size/fit. In order to receive a discount code which can be used on your next order please contact us.
